All year round, there is always something happening along the Great Ocean Road.

A thriving arts community, with many nationally acclaimed artists calling the region home, there are a rich variety of performance festivals and craft markets where visitors can pick up uniquely designed and locally crafted art works.

The rich soils of the hinterland and the coasts fishing heritage ensure an abundance of fresh produce from both land and sea is on offer to tempt your taste buds from a range of markets. And of course, with the nation’s beach culture on full display, there are a plethora of sporting festivals centred on water activities – most run by Australia’s legendary local Surf Lifesaving clubs.
